Life & Legacy Planning Session

Life and Legacy Planning Session @ $250.00 (up to 2 hours meeting time)

We focus entirely on you and your family during this time. We will send you a package of information to complete before our time together, which will help you begin the process of getting your legal and financial life in order.  If we end up creating a comprehensive estate plan for you, the session fee is applied to your legal fees. If you decide not to move forward to engage our firm for legal services, the fee of $250 will be charged at the end of your Life and Legacy Planning Session.

Credit Card Policy

We value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure that we can provide the best service possible to all of our clients, we require that you secure your appointment with a valid credit card. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment at any time. We kindly ask that you notify us at least two (2) days in advance to avoid being charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly ask that you only schedule an appointment if you can commit to keeping it.

Please note that your credit card will initially be charged a $1.00 fee to ensure the validity of the credit card information being provided.  Full amount will be charged for the reasons stated above, including if you decide not to engage our firm for legal services at the end of your Life and Legacy Planning Session.
