Planning Session

Planning Session with Attorney @ $250.00 (up to 2 hours meeting time)

We focus entirely on you and your family during this time. We will send you a package of information to complete before our time together, which will help you begin the process of getting your legal and financial life in order.  We will review exactly what would happen to you and your family today if something happened to you. Then, you will know precisely how to plan around anything that doesn't align with the default plan for your family and your assets. You will submit your family details in advance so that we can hit the ground running at this meeting to answer all of your questions and begin designing your personalized estate plan.

If we end up creating a comprehensive estate plan for you, the session fee is applied to your legal fees. If you decide not to engage our firm for legal services, the $250 fee will be charged at the end of your Planning Session.

Estate Plan Review Meeting with Attorney

Estate Plan Review Meeting with Attorney @$750 (1 hr review meeting time)

During your review, we will review how all of your assets are currently titled and how your estate planning documents are written so you understand exactly how your plan is set up and how it will work. We will ensure your assets are properly titled and aligned with your Trust.  If there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies with your existing plan, we will identify and discuss them so you know exactly what your next steps should be. And, if you'd like to make changes or updates to your existing plan, we will also discuss those during this meeting. 

The goal of the Estate Plan Review Meeting is to provide you with "peace of mind" by helping you understand whether your existing plan is still working for you and if it's not, what the next steps should be.
